William Miller Architects Ltd provides Energy Assessments relating to new build dwellings and alterations or extensions to existing dwellings. We are able to offer this service in conjunction with our full set of Architectural services based on the RIBA Outline Plan of Work.
We are now accredited On Construction Domestic Energy Assessors (OCDEA) and are members of the National Homes Energy Rating scheme (NHER), which is government approved.
We can provide independent energy calculations using the Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP 2005) and can provide additional services which include:
- Building Regulations Part L1A compliance assessments and calculations for new dwellings
